On a crisp autumn day in Puglia, Italy, the charming region known for its picturesque landscapes and rich cultural heritage, a fairytale wedding unfolded. The air was filled with excitement and anticipation as family and friends gathered to witness our love story come to life. Nestled amidst the rolling hills and olive groves, our venue, Borgo Egnazia, created a magical ambiance that set the stage for a truly unforgettable celebration.
The Ceremony
As I walked down the aisle at sunset, in my dream Oscar de la Renta Gown, it was reminiscent of a fairytale that's usually only seen in storybooks. My husband Leigh, waiting at the altar, couldn't contain his emotions as I walked down the aisle to the man of my dreams. Our eyes met, and at that moment, time seemed to stand still, surrounded by all of our favorite people the enchanting beauty of Puglia.
The Reception
Following the heartfelt ceremony, guests were whisked away to a delightful outdoor reception. Long tables were adorned with floral arrangements featuring delicate blooms in shades of blush and cream, complemented by greenery. The scent of Italian cuisine filled the air, along with the beautiful sounds of MHO Events. As the sun dipped below the horizon, we danced the night away with all of our guests.
The After Party
The celebration continued late into the night, with a disco by the sea, which took place under a canopy of stars. It was a celebration of not just two souls becoming one, but also a testament to the power of love and the magic that can be found in the most unexpected of places. This fairytale wedding in Puglia, Italy, on October 22, 2022, was a testament of our dreams and an unforgettable beginning to our happily ever after.
